Element 13 GmbH sources all semi-finished aluminum products used to manufacture the aluminum components of the portable PortoVino wine table, as well as all other items in our portfolio, from German or European suppliers within the EU. We know our suppliers and can therefore ensure that they work in accordance with applicable environmental standards and generally applicable working conditions. We and our partners are continuously working to improve the ecological footprint of the production of semi-finished aluminum products. The aluminum processed today already contains 50 percent secondary aluminum - i.e. scrap, which takes the requirement of using less and less energy for production into account to a large extent.

By purchasing semi-finished aluminium products in Germany and the EU for further processing in Germany, we ensure that transport routes are kept as short as possible and thus conserve environmental resources.

A concern that we will continue to take into account in the future through continuous optimization in the selection of suppliers, transport, packaging, etc.

Our foldable wine table is currently available in four different colors: red, bronze, dove blue and olive green. We use high-quality powder coatings from the Prisma collection by Neokem, especially from the Sahara and Riviera series. Both have a metallic effect, the colors from the Sahara series refer to the earthy models of nature, the Riviera series shines with color and joie de vivre.

The paints meet the international quality standard Qualicoar Class 2 and are at least three times as durable as conventional powder coatings.

Unlike wet painting, powder coatings do not require organic solvents for the coating process and therefore reduce the environmental impact in comparison. In addition, excess powder can be vacuumed off the component and almost completely recycled.
